ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๔๗ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอโนนสัง จังหวัดอุดรธานี เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเองเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็น หลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
