ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๑๕๒ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอกบินทร์บุรีและอำเภอสระแก้ว จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสหกรณ์เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
