ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๔๓ โดยที่ คณะปฏิวัติ พิ จารณาเห็นว่า ที่ ดิ นของรัฐในท้องที่ อำเภอสิชล จังหวัด นครศรีธรรมราช เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเอง เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
