ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๕๑ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัด นครราชสีมา เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเองเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
