ฉบับพิเศษ เล่ม ๑๑๐ ตอนที่ ๒๑๖ หน้า ๑๓ ราชกิจจานเบกษา ๒๑ ธันวาคม ๒๕๓๖ OIALEHE พระราชกฤษฎีกา กำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่ตำบลนาพญา อำเภอหลังสวน จังหวัดชุมพร ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน พ.ศ.๒๕๓๖ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๒๕ พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ.๒๕๓๖ เป็นปีที่ ๔๘ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่ตำบลนาพญา ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา๑๗๕ วรรคหนึ่ง
