เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๘๗ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๔ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมกระดาษสัมผัสอาหารต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. 2568 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐาน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐาน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
