ในกรณีท่ี สำนักงานจัดให้มีบริการใดอันอยู่ในวัตถุประสงค์และอำนาจหน้าที่ ของสำนักงาน ให้สำนักงานมีอำนาจเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าบำรุง ค่าตอบแทน หรือค่าบริการจาก กิจการนั้นได้ตามอัตราที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
