เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๖ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๙ มกราคม ๒๕๕๐ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ทางน้ำชลประทานในเขตโครงการชลประทานแม่ฮ่องสอน เป็นทางน้ำชลประทานที่จะเรียกเก็บค่าชลประทาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๘ (๑) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ และมาตรา ๔๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการชลประทานหลวง พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
