เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๕๕ ก หนา้ ๒๔ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๔ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๓ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมเต้ำเสียบและเต้ำรับ สำหรับใช้ในที่อยู่อำศัยและงำนทั่วไปที่มีจุดประสงค์คล้ำยกัน ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรมพ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
