ผู้ใดขัดขวางหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๑๖ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามหรือฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๖ วรรคสอง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือ ปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
