Section ๙

ในกรณีที่คณะรัฐมนตรีเห็นสมควรกำหนดให้มีการปฏิรูปประเทศด้านอื่นใด ตามมาตรา ๘

(๑๑) ให้ส่งเรื่องให้ที่ประชุมร่วมกำหนดผลอันพึงประสงค์ของการปฏิรูปประเทศ ในด้านดังกล่าว และดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๑๑ ต่อไป
