Section ๑๔๖

ในกรณีที่ศาลปกครองมีคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดหรือผู้มีอำนาจพิจารณาตามกฎหมาย ได้วินิจฉัยถึงที่สุดแล้ว สั่งเพิกถอนหรือแก้ไขคำสั่งในเรื่องใด ให้เป็นหน้าที่ของผู้บังคับบัญชาผู้มีอำนาจ หรือ ก.ตร. แล้วแต่กรณี ในการสั่งการตามสมควรเพื่อเยียวยาและแก้ไขหรือดำเนินการตามควรแก่กรณี เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำวินิจฉัยนั้น
