ข้าราชการตำรวจผู้ใดแต่งเครื่องแบบตำรวจในขณะกระทำความผิดอย่างใด อย่างหนึ่งตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในประมวลกฎหมายอาญาซึ่งมีกำหนดโทษจำคุกอย่างสูงตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีขึ้นไป ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงเจ็ดปี
