ให้คณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุนจัดทำงบการเงินและบัญชี ส่งผู้สอบบัญชี ตรวจสอบภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีปฏิทินทุกปี ให้สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินเป็นผู้สอบบัญชีของกองทุนทุกรอบปี แล้วทำรายงาน ผลการสอบบัญชีของกองทุนเสนอต่อ ก.ต.ช. และกระทรวงการคลัง
