กฎกระทรวง การผ่อนชำระภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง พ.ศ. 2562 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๕๒ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
