ให้จัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดขึ้นที่อำเภอวิเชียรบุรี จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เรียกว่า “ศาลจังหวัด วิเชียรบุรี” และจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประกาศโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๒๖ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๖ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๐
