ให้จัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดขึ้นที่อำเภอฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เรียกว่า “ศาลจังหวัดฮอด” และจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประกาศโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา เล่ม ๑๒๖ ตอนที่ ๙๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๘ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๒
