ในกรณีที่เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐตามมาตรา ๒๖ ขอกลับเข้ารับราชการหรือ ปฏิบัติงานในสังกัดเดิม ภายในกำหนดเวลาที่อนุมัติ ให้ผู้นั้นมีสิทธิได้รับบรรจุและแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง และรับเงินเดือนตามข้อตกลงที่ทำไว้ในการอนุมัติตามมาตรา ๒๖
