เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๑๐๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๑ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์การแบ่งส่วนราชการของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ การอาชีวศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการเกี่ยวกับการจำกัดสิทธิและเสรีภาพ ของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ ประกอบกับมาตรา ๓๒ และมาตรา ๔๓ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
