ข้อ ๑๔ ให้คณะกรรมการจัดให้มีการประเมินผลและทบทวนข้อกำหนดในกฎกระทรวงนี้ ทุกห้าปีนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ โดยรับฟังความคิดเห็นของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ผู้เรียน คณาจารย์ และผู้ใช้บัณฑิตอย่างกว้างขวาง
