ข้อ ๒๓ หลักสูตรการศึกษาที่สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเปิดสอนอยู่หรือที่สถาบันอุดมศึกษาแจ้งให้ สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมทราบตามมาตรา ๕๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการอุดมศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ ก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ถือว่า เป็นการดำเนินการตามกฎกระทรวงนี้แล้ว
