เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๒๐ ก หนา้ ๒๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดมำตรฐำนกำรอุดมศึกษำอื่น พ.ศ. 2565 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในบทนิยำมคำว่ำ “มำตรฐำนกำรอุดมศึกษำ” ในมาตรา ๔ มาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๗ (๖) และวรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติระเบียบบริหำรรำชกำร กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และบทนิยำมคำว่ำ “มำตรฐำนกำรอุดมศึกษำ” ในมาตรา ๓ และมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติ กำรอุดมศึกษำ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม โดยข้อเสนอแนะและควำมเห็นชอบของคณะกรรมกำรมำตรฐำนกำรอุดมศึกษำออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
