Section ๔๓

ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดที่ออกตามมาตรา ๓๕ วรรคหนึ่ง (๒) (๓) หรือ

(๔) ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ เว้นแต่กรณีการกระทำ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการประมงหรือสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขตเศรษฐกิจจำเพาะ ต้องระวางโทษปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งแสนบาท ถึงสิบล้านบาท
