ผู้พิมพ์ ผู้โฆษณา บรรณาธิการหรือเจ้าของกิจการหนังสือพิมพ์ผู้ใดเลิกเป็น ผู้พิมพ์ ผู้โฆษณา บรรณาธิการหรือเจ้าของกิจการหนังสือพิมพ์ ต้องแจ้งให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ทราบ เพื่อยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการในหลักฐานการจดแจ้ง ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่เลิกเป็นผู้พิมพ์ ผู้โฆษณา บรรณาธิการหรือเจ้าของกิจการหนังสือพิมพ์ เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๙๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๘ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๐
