Section ๒๖

ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๖ วรรคสอง มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับตั้งแต่ห้าแสนบาทถึงห้าล้านบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และให้ศาลสั่งให้เลิกการให้ความ ช่วยเหลือหรือสนับสนุน หรือสั่งให้เลิกการร่วมประกอบธุรกิจ หรือสั่งให้เลิกการถือหุ้น หรือการเป็น หุ้นส่วน แล้วแต่กรณี หากฝ่าฝืนไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งศาลต้องระวางโทษปรับวันละห้าหมื่นบาท ถึงสองแสนห้าหมื่นบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนอยู่
