Section ๔๑

ในกรณีที่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบธุรกิจระบบการชำระเงิน ภายใต้การกำกับ หรือประกอบธุรกิจบริการการชำระเงินภายใต้การกำกับฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามประกาศ หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ เงื่อนไข หรือคำสั่งที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๑๓ มาตรา ๑๔ มาตรา ๑๕ มาตรา ๑๗ มาตรา ๑๘ มาตรา ๑๙ มาตรา ๒๓ มาตรา ๒๔ มาตรา ๒๕ มาตรา ๒๖ มาตรา ๓๑ หรือ มาตรา ๓๒ ต้องระวางโทษปรับทางปกครองไม่เกินสองล้านบาท
