ผู้ใดถอน ทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย หรือทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ซึ่งตราหรือ เครื่องหมาย ซึ่งผู้ตรวจการได้ประทับหรือหมายไว้ที่สิ่งใด ในการปฏิบัติการตามหน้าที่ ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสามแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
