Section ๑๑๓

นอกจากค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาต ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๑๒ ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียมรายปีทุกปี ในกรณีที่ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่งไม่ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมรายปีเมื่อครบกำหนดที่ต้องชำระ ให้อธิบดีมีหนังสือแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตชำระภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
