ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๑๒ ผู้ใดประสงค์จะเลิกการดำเนินการ ให้แจ้ง เป็นหนังสือให้อธิบดีทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสามสิบวันก่อนวันที่จะเลิกการดำเนินการ การแจ้งเลิกการดำเนินการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด ในกฎกระทรวง
