อธิบดีมีอำนาจสั่งยกเลิกคำสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๓๒ ก่อนกำหนดเวลาได้ เมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้ถูกพักใช้ใบอนุญาตนั้นได้ปฏิบัติถูกต้องตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ กฎกระทรวง หรือประกาศ ที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือเงื่อนไขในใบอนุญาตแล้ว
