ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตจัดตั้งเขตปลอดอากรผู้ใดประสงค์จะเลิกการดำเนินการ ให้แจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้อธิบดีทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่าเก้าสิบวันก่อนวันที่จะเลิกการดำเนินการ การแจ้งเลิกการดำเนินการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไข ที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
