โครงการร่วมลงทุนที่มีมูลค่าตั้งแต่ห้าพันล้านบาทขึ้นไปหรือมูลค่าที่กำหนดเพิ่มขึ้น โดยกฎกระทรวง ต้องดำเนินการตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการคำนวณมูลค่าของโครงการร่วมลงทุนตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามที่ คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด
