ให้จัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดขึ้นที่อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น เรียกว่า “ศาลจังหวัดชุมแพ” และจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประกาศโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๒๖ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๖ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๐
