Section ๑๕

ให้สภาวัฒนธรรมตามมาตรา ๑๓ ประกอบด้วย กรรมการและสมาชิกที่มาจาก ผู้แทนองค์กรที่ดำเนินงานวัฒนธรรมหรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรเครือข่ายวัฒนธรรม เช่น เครือข่ายภาครัฐ เครือข่ายภาคเอกชน เครือข่ายภาคชุมชน เครือข่ายภาคธุรกิจ เครือข่ายปราชญ์ ชาวบ้าน และเครือข่ายภาควิชาการ ทั้งนี้ ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง เล่ม ๑๒๗ ตอนที่ ๖๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๒ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๕๓
