ให้สถานศึกษาและศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนตามที่ประกาศกำหนดตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยการส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเป็นหน่วยจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ไปพลางก่อน จนกว่าจะมีการจัดตั้งหน่วยจัดการเรียนรู้ขึ้นใหม่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ซึ่งต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
