Section ๔๓

ผู้รับอนุญาตซึ่งถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตหรือถูกสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตมีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ ต่อรัฐมนตรีได้ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำสั่ง คำวินิจฉัยของรัฐมนตรีให้เป็นที่สุด การอุทธรณ์คำสั่งต่อรัฐมนตรีตามวรรคหนึ่ง ไม่เป็นการทุเลาการบังคับตามคำสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาต หรือคำสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต
