ผู้รับอนุญาตผู้ใด ไม่แสดงทะเบียนลูกจ้างซึ่งทำหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการนำคนต่างด้าว มาทำงานกับนายจ้างในประเทศตามมาตรา ๑๘วรรคสาม ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
