ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ “การเข้าชื่อเสนอกฎหมาย” หมายความว่า การเข้าชื่อเสนอร่างพระราชบัญญัติหรือ ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๓๕ ก หนา้ ๘ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๖ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๔ “ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง” หมายความว่า ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรตามบทบัญญัติ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย
