ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๔๗ ให้กองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพโอนเงิน งบประมาณประจำปี ๒๕๖๑ ที่ตั้งไว้ตามแผนงานและโครงการของสำนักงานส่งเสริมสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ และคุณภาพเยาวชนที่คณะกรรมการกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพให้ความเห็นชอบแล้วทั้งหมด ให้แก่กองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา
