เล่ม ๑๒๓ ตอนที่ ๘๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๑ สิงหาคม ๒๕๔๙ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดลักษณะและเนื้อที่ที่ดิน ที่จะใช้เป็นที่จัดตั้งสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๗ และมาตรา ๑๒ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๖ อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการเกี่ยวกับการจำกัด สิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ประกอบกับมาตรา ๓๑มาตรา ๓๕มาตรา ๔๘และมาตรา ๕๐ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
