ในการมีคำสั่งตามมาตรา ๖๐ คณะกรรมการต้องระบุเหตุผลในการสั่งทั้งในปัญหา ข้อเท็จจริงและข้อกฎหมายและลงลายมือชื่อของกรรมการที่พิจารณา การแจ้งคำสั่งตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้กระทำภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่คณะกรรมการมีคำสั่ง และให้นำ บทบัญญัติมาตรา ๖๖ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
