บรรดาระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติ การถวายความปลอดภัย พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ จนกว่าจะมีการออกระเบียบ ประกาศ หรือกำหนดแนวปฏิบัติเป็นอย่างอื่นตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
