ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดฐานปลอมลายมือชื่อในการเข้าชื่อเสนอข้อบัญญัติท้องถิ่น ศาลอาจสั่งให้เพิกถอนสิทธิเลือกตั้งของผู้นั้นมีกำหนดไม่เกินห้าปีนับแต่วันที่ศาลสั่งก็ได้
