Section ๑๓

ห้ามผู้ทวงถามหนี้กระทำการทวงถามหนี้ในลักษณะที่ไม่เป็นธรรมดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) การเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมหรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ เกินกว่าอัตราที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด

(๒) การเสนอหรือจูงใจให้ลูกหนี้ออกเช็คทั้งที่รู้อยู่ว่าลูกหนี้อยู่ในฐานะที่ไม่สามารถชำระหนี้ได้
