พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายจากเจ้าหน้าที่ดำเนินการมีอำนาจเข้าไป ในที่ดินหรืออาคารซึ่งอยู่ในท้องที่ที่ใช้บังคับพระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้บังคับผังเมืองเฉพาะ เพื่อตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม หรือบำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภค หรือเพื่อตรวจสภาพของที่โล่งในเวลาระหว่างพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น ถึงพระอาทิตย์ตก ในการปฏิบัติการตามหน้าที่ ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามวรรคหนึ่งแสดงบัตรประจำตัวพร้อมทั้ง หนังสือมอบหมายของเจ้าหน้าที่ดำเนินการให้ไปกระทำการดังกล่าวต่อบุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้อง
