Section ๑๐๔

ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนคำสั่งให้รื้อถอนหรือเคลื่อนย้ายอาคาร หรือคำวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์ ตามมาตรา ๖๐ หรือฝ่าฝืนคำสั่งให้ดัดแปลงอาคารตามมาตรา ๖๑ หรือฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่ง ของเจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่น เจ้าพนักงานการผัง หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๙๗ ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
