ให้คณะกรรมการนโยบายการผังเมืองแห่งชาติมีอำนาจเรียกให้บุคคลใดส่งเอกสาร แผนงานโครงการหรือเอกสารอื่นใดที่เห็นว่ามีความจำเป็นหรือมีผลกระทบต่อนโยบายทางด้านการผังเมือง ในการนี้อาจเรียกบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมาชี้แจงด้วยก็ได้
