Section ๑๑

ข้อ ๑๑ ในกรณีที่ใบอนุญาตสูญหาย ถูกทำลาย หรือชำรุดในสาระสำคัญ ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาต ยื่นคำขอรับใบแทนใบอนุญาตต่ออธิบดี พร้อมด้วยเอกสารหรือหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอ ให้อธิบดีพิจารณาออกใบแทนใบอนุญาตภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้ออกใบรับคำขอและ ให้ออกใบแทนใบอนุญาตภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับชำระค่าธรรมเนียมใบแทนใบอนุญาต
