๑๕

กองทุนประกอบด้วยเงินและทรัพย์สิน ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) เงินและทรัพย์สินที่โอนมาตามมาตรา ๒๕

(๒) เงินอุดหนุนที่รัฐบาลจัดสรรจากงบประมาณรายจ่าย

(๓) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้บริจาคให้

(๔) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่ตกเป็นของกองทุนหรือที่กองทุนได้รับตามกฎหมายอื่น

(๕) ดอกผลหรือผลประโยชน์ที่เกิดจากเงินหรือทรัพย์สินของกองทุน เงินและดอกผลของกองทุนไม่ต้องนำส่งคลังเป็นรายได้แผ่นดิน
