ข้อ ๒๕ แบบคำขอและใบอนุญาตที่อธิบดีกำหนดตามกฎกระทรวงการขออนุญาตและการอนุญาต ทำการประมงพาณิชย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ ซึ่งใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ ต่อไปจนกว่าจะได้มีแบบที่กำหนดตามกฎกระทรวงนี้
